Construction DRB was founded by experienced construction resolution practitioners frustrated with costly, inefficient and occassionally ineffectve statutory adjudication.
We focus exclusively on appointing highly qualified adjudicators, arbitrators, mediators and experts to construction disputes.
Our panel includes experienced professionals from legal, engineering, quantity surveying, architectural and project management backgrounds, allowing appointments to be matched to the technical and commercial issues in dispute.
All panel members are carefully vetted and expected to maintain high professional standards, fee transparency and ongoing professional development.
