Members of our dispute resolution board are carefully vetted and are required to have attained appropriate qualifications at a high level and to have significant experience in dispute resolution.
Ongoing membership of the board is subject to completion of appropriate CPD, peer-review of dispute resolution performance and regular review of fees charged.
We also have a rigorous complaints procedure, involving a review of the member’s performance, both in applying the facts and the law, by independent barristers.
